Terms and Conditions

1. Disclaimer

Smash MSRA is a platform designed to assist medical professionals in preparing for the Multi-Specialty Recruitment Assessment (MSRA). However, it is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnostic tools, or the expertise of a qualified clinician. It should never be used as a substitute for professional judgment in clinical practice.

The content provided on Smash MSRA is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute advice on which you should solely rely. Users should always seek professional or specialist guidance before making any decisions related to medical diagnostics, treatments, or procedures.

Smash MSRA does not accept responsibility for any claims, losses, or damages that may arise from reliance on the site’s content or materials. While we make every effort to ensure that the content on this site is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, we do not provide any guarantees, representations, or warranties—express or implied—regarding the reliability, accuracy, or currency of the information.

As a professional user, you are solely responsible for taking any precautions you believe are necessary to protect yourself from potential claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of Smash MSRA. Your use of this website and its materials is entirely at your own risk.

2. Membership

Your Smash MSRA membership will continue until terminated. To use the Smash MSRA service, you must have internet access and a compatible device, and provide us with one or more valid payment methods. A "Payment Method" refers to a valid, current, and accepted method of payment, which may be updated from time to time. You authorise us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method, unless you cancel your membership before your billing date (see "Cancellation" below).

3. Payment Methods

To use the Smash MSRA service, you must provide one or more payment methods. You authorise us to charge any payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until a valid payment method is provided. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method, such as foreign transaction fees or local tax charges.

4. Updating Your Payment Methods

You can update your payment methods by clicking the "Log in" button on the homepage, selecting "Update" next to "Billing info," and following the on-screen instructions. We may also update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers. Once updated, you authorise us to continue charging the applicable payment method(s).

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your Smash MSRA membership at any time. To do so, log into your account, click the "Change" button next to "Full Access," and then click "Cancel Subscription." If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that time. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or incomplete Smash MSRA content.

6. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your country, to become a member of Smash MSRA. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

7. Permitted Use

The Smash MSRA service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals who are not subscribed to the service. During your membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service and view content. Except for this limited right, no other rights, title, or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

8. Restrictions on Use

You agree to use the Smash MSRA service in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use any content or information obtained from or through the service, except as explicitly authorised by these terms. You also agree not to upload, post, or transmit any material that could disrupt or limit the functionality of the service, including software viruses or malicious code. If you violate these terms, we may terminate or restrict your access to the service.

9. Account Security

The member who created the Smash MSRA account and whose payment method is charged (the "Account Owner") is responsible for any activity that occurs through the account. To maintain control over the account, the Account Owner should ensure the security of the device(s) used to access the service and keep the account password and payment method details confidential. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. We may suspend or terminate your account to protect you, Smash MSRA, or our partners from fraudulent activity or identity theft.

10. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

The Smash MSRA service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law. These terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under UK law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
